Health 4 Wealth: Year round
Beyond athletics, we engage families and caregivers to build a strong support system. By offering elite training, academic support, wellness education, and financial literacy, we help youth develop resilience, confidence, and essential life skills that extend beyond sports.
NIL to NFL (Name, Image, Likeness to Not For Long): Year round
We will administer a pre-test in the first week to establish a baseline, followed by a post-test at the end of the program, with an expected 30% increase in scores. Additionally, we will track the number of students who open new bank accounts by the program’s conclusion.
Push 2 Play | Kicks 4 Kids: October to March
Push 2 Play | Extra Bases, Spring: April to October
As part of Push 2 Play, our incentive-based programming, this comprehensive initiative aims to promote and support young student-athletes, equipping them with the tools needed for success in baseball. In collaboration with Boys & Girls Clubs, community centers, and local partners, we will assist a first-year travel program in Columbus, Ohio, composed of 12-15 players from underserved communities. These teams, representing youth from neighboring cities, will participate in local league games and travel to various cities for tournaments. Our goal is to provide them with the necessary resources for success, including training, nutrition specific to athletic performance, baseball mentors, and assistance with fees and travel costs.
In addition, P2S supports youth athletes in the soccer program at Driving Park Community Center in Columbus, Ohio, by supplying bags, cleats, shirts, snacks, and equipment throughout the season. This program, which features four teams for ages six to twelve, subsidizes over 51% of the players’ costs. We aim to extend this support to baseball and softball programs, providing training and resources for youth athletes.
We will also extend training to U8, U10, U13, and U15 travel teams. The program will provide expert trainers, including pitching coaches, to enhance baseball skills. Athletes will receive game-day snacks and meals to fuel them during competitions, along with daily snacks when they arrive at the facility. Additionally, we will continue supporting CRC and various local baseball/softball programs in Cincinnati on a smaller scale.
